Our Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, the cancellation fee is 40%; from 1 month to 1 week before arrival, it is 70%; and for cancellations within the last week before arrival, it is 90% of the total price. In case of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, we will charge 100% of the room rate from/to the agreed date.
The right of withdrawal pursuant to Section §18 1 Item 10 of the Distance Selling Act (FAGG) does not apply; instead, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.
Cancellations must be submitted by mail or email.
