Arrival and departure:
In case of late arrival or early departure as well as no-show, we charge 100% of the room rate from / until the agreed date.
Check-in on the day of arrival 4:00 p.m. hrs to 7:00 p.m. hrs (for later arrivals please contact us by telephone: +43 676 44 44 273).
Check-out on the day of departure 08:00 a.m. hrs to 10:00 a.m. hrs.
Breakfast hours at Gästehaus Alpenruh from 08:00 to 10:00 a.m.
Our cancellation conditions:
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. 3 months to 1 month before arrival the cancellation fee is 40%, 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70%, in case of cancellation within the last week before arrival 90% of the travel price. In case of late arrival or early departure as well as in case of no-show we charge 100% of the room rate from / until the agreed date.
The right of cancellation according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply.
Cancellations are to be announced by post or mail.
Travel insurance:
We know from experience that despite all the holiday fun, something unexpected can come up. To save you hassle and cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.
