Our cancellation policy:
Cancellations up to 3 months before arrival are free of charge. From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, the cancellation fee is 40%; from 1 month to 1 week before arrival, 70%; for cancellations within the last week before arrival, 90% of the travel price applies. In case of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, 100% of the room rate will be charged from / until the agreed date.

The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Para. 1 No. 10 FAGG does not apply; instead, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.

Cancellations must be notified by post or email.

Travel insurance:
